Wildlife Photographer of the Year, developed and produced by the Natural History Museum in London, is one of the world’s most prestigious nature-photography competitions. The 63rd (2027) competition is open to photographers of all nationalities, backgrounds and experience levels. AI-generated or AI-rendered images are not permitted, and photographs must have been taken within the past five years. Winning and shortlisted images tour internationally as part of the Museum’s flagship exhibition. Eligibility: photographers worldwide. Location: enter online (exhibition at the Natural History Museum, London). The entry deadline is 4 December 2026. The adult competition entry fee is around GBP 30 (rising to GBP 35 in the final week), and a fee waiver is available for entrants who live in 50 eligible countries.
