Larissa Padgett is a mixed media artist based in Sunderland, UK. Working primarily with acrylic, texture, and layered materials, her work explores themes of identity, self-acceptance, transformation, and feminine strength.

After stepping away from art for several years, Larissa returned to her practice with a renewed sense of freedom and authenticity. Her work now reflects a deep connection to intuition, emotion, and the process itself, embracing imperfection, layering, and letting go of control.

As a mother of two young boys, creativity often happens in the small moments between everyday life. This lived experience strongly informs her work, which centres on breaking free from expectations, shedding masks, and stepping fully into one’s true self.

Larissa’s work has recently been selected for Art on the Streets, Art Fair Edition with Creative Flare, marking an exciting new chapter as she continues to develop her artistic voice.
