The new version is still under development. The issue was that it was creating multiple draft saves when attempting to publish or save.

However, when you go to publish a post, you may encounter an issue with it not redirecting you to the final post when…

I am aware of a current issue affecting the user blogging system. This is due to a conflict of code.
I will let you know when it is back up and working. I am expecting it to be back working this week, but it is taking longer than I would like to simultaneously update and correct the error code.
