Creative Flair Live ticket terms

These terms apply to tickets for Creative Flair Live on Friday 29 January 2027, run by Creative Flair Arts Limited (company number 14508768). By buying a ticket you agree to them.

Your ticket

  • Each ticket is for one person. In person tickets give you a seat at RSA House, London, the printed workbook and pen, the drinks reception and the replay. Virtual tickets give you the livestream, the printed workbook posted to you, the PDF workbook and the replay.
  • Tickets are non refundable. If you can no longer come, you can pass your ticket to someone else. Just email us their name and email address by Friday 22 January 2027.
  • If we have to cancel the event, we will refund your ticket in full. If we have to move it to a new date, you can choose the new date or a full refund.
  • The programme, speakers and timings may change a little before the day.

Filming and photography

The talks are livestreamed and recorded, and we will have a photographer on the day. By attending in person you may appear in the livestream, the replay and photos we share afterwards. If you would rather not be photographed, let us know at registration.

At RSA House

  • Lunch is not included. Food and drink bought outside cannot be eaten inside RSA House.
  • Please follow the venue’s guidance on the day. The venue team may ask anyone behaving unacceptably to leave.
  • Please look after your belongings; neither we nor the venue can take responsibility for lost items.

Virtual tickets

  • You will need a reliable internet connection to watch the livestream. Your Zoom link is personal to you, so please do not share it.
  • For virtual tickets bought by Friday 18 December 2026, the printed workbook is posted to arrive by 10 January 2027. For tickets bought from Saturday 19 December 2026 to Friday 8 January 2027, it is posted straight away to arrive before the event. Tickets bought after Friday 8 January 2027 get the PDF straight away and the printed copy after the event. Delivery to addresses outside the UK can take longer. Your Zoom link, the PDF workbook and the running order are emailed to you by 10 January 2027, or straight away if you book after that. Any import charges outside the UK are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • The replay is for ticket holders only and must not be shared, downloaded or redistributed.
